Frayednot is a luxury AV company that focuses on creating custom, sophisticated, and seamlessly integrated home design systems.
Synopsis
Although Frayednot has the reputation of being a cutting-edge, sophisticated, outstanding sound design company, the previous image was from its humble beginnings and it did not reflect the growth and the new high-end clientele Frayednot has been serving for the past few years.
Challenge
How to create an experience focused brand whose behind the scene process is tech based. How do we make prospective clients feel the service, the experience, the sound and final product.
Creation
We repositioned the brand to showcase the experience behind the sound. Sound is a feeling, it's a frequency, it's unseen but felt. We did this by attaching different moods and emotions to the different projects Frayednot provides. We also created a new clean logo, a tag line, a beautiful sophisticated digital experience, and a unique high-end leave behind thank you piece.
Seamless on purpose.
Created a clean, simple, modern look that is seamless on purpose. Frayednot is not about a logo. Frayednot is about the experience.
Vibrating luxury.
Sleek, beautiful, high-end color story that coincides with the clientele that Frayenot serves.
Experience felt, not seen.
Created a tag line that truly describes the Frayednot experience. Custom, sophisticated sound design is felt not seen.
Stealth mode rising.
The business card concept was to evoke that stealth mode that cutting-edge sound design brings. The front we hit it with a glossy UV on the logo to give that black on black look - unseen. Then added the touch of copper to bring that luxe touch to the design and overall experience.
Envision the sound.
This digital experience is to evoke the feeling of music, the mood, and transport the user to a place. It is to inspire prospective clients on what their homes can feel like with Frayednot’s seamless, high-end sound design systems.
Structural surprise.
This luxe leave behind piece was designed to give Frayednot's high-end clientele a feeling of ownership and excitement about their custom sound system. It’s a keepsake that is meant to make one feel proud and want to showcase it on their desk or exercise their brain waves unlocking this artistic and very challenging 3D puzzle sculpture. The packaging design was created to give peeling of layer experience that evokes a feeling of discovery that leads to this beautiful mysterious sphere with the ultimate element of surprise. The shipper is black on black UV gloss over the logo to give that stealth look. That opens to a luxurious black pipping with copper foil box, that reveals a gorgeous insert that covers the final step, the puzzle sculpture. Everything is about the experience and artfully designed to take the client on the journey of the Frayednot experience.
