Water Works is an exclusive, beautifully designed luxe lakefront living experience in Seneca Lake, NY.
Synopsis
Created a real estate brand for a high-end, beautifully designed multi-level townhouses with lakefront of Seneca Lake.
This clientele would range from younger successful people perhaps looking for their second home to an older established person looking for a relaxed yet sophisticated lake experience.
Challenge
When we were approached for the project, the actual property was not completed. Not even one unit was even close to being finished. So we had to create the essence of what it would feel like to live in this future high-end development.
Creation
Custom illustration logo, full branding experience, tag line, corporate identity, sell sheets for open house, and more.
Invigorating lines.
Our approach for Water Works was to create an unique illustration that would be iconic in the years to come. This W was inspired by all the glass walls that was part of the architecture that married the blue of Seneca Lake. The view although very organic, has sharp angles and the invigorating and crispness of Seneca Lake.
INVIGORATING COLORS.
The color palette direction was to capture the glass Water Works design signature with a soft, tonal blue touch to convey the tranquility that living on Seneca Lake brings to the soul.
INVIGORATING Story.
The Water Works experience is all about living. It is a unique, tranquil, mesmerizing invigorating experience. So we created the slogan to showcase the activity of living in all aspects: LIVE Active. LIVE Inspired. LIVE Invigorated. LIVE.
INVIGORATING ARCHITECTURE.
Sharp and elegant corporate id design to match the style of the architecture along with the crisp atmosphere and deep blue waters of Seneca Lake.
INVIGORATING POSSIBILITIES.
Curated the lifestyle narrative through imagery that tells the story of the Water Works Seneca Lake life.…great wineries, beautiful sceneries, Watkins Glen, lake activity, gorgeous views, and the luxe lifestyle the Porsche Club brings to the area. This concept was implemented into 18x24 and 11x17 posters to be used at open houses to help potential buyers visualize themselves in this amazing lifestyle.
